RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR BIKE SERVICE AND PACKAGES.
1. We work on all eBikes.
2. A $65 diagnostic fee will be charged for all non Bakcou eBikes. This fee will be credited toward the Bike Service Package or repair once the diagnosis is made.
3. Any job over $200 must be paid before the part is ordered.
We will work on out of state eBikes however the customer is responsible for paying for shipping.
If your eBike is anything other than a Bakcou please allow time for parts.
